Our Specialties

  • Is your mind constantly bouncing from one thing to the next? Do you struggle with focus, forgetfulness, or a never-ending to-do list that feels impossible to manage, no matter how hard you try? Living with ADHD as an adult can feel like you're always running uphill in a world that wasn’t built for your brain.

You may find it hard to stay on task, meet deadlines, or remember important details. Planning, prioritizing, or decision-making might feel overwhelming. You might get stuck in cycles of procrastination followed by guilt, frustration, or burnout. Maybe you’ve been called lazy or disorganized, even though you’re working twice as hard just to keep up.

I want you to know: ADHD doesn’t mean you’re broken. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I help adults with ADHD better understand their unique brain wiring, reduce shame, and build tools and systems that support how they naturally operate. My approach combines evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT with a neurodivergent-affirming lens.

Therapy can be a space to feel seen, understood, and empowered—to create a life that feels less chaotic and more like your own.

Let’s work with your brain, not against it.

  • Anxiety can take many forms: racing thoughts, looping fears, panic attacks, compulsive behaviors, or a constant sense that something is “off.” It might show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, or avoiding the situations that matter most to you. Whether you're navigating OCD, Panic, Phobias, or Social Anxiety, the common thread is how exhausting it can be to manage on your own.

You might feel stuck in your head, caught in rituals or worries, or overwhelmed by the fear of judgment or not getting it “right.” You may find yourself avoiding people, places, or things you once cared about—not because you want to, but because anxiety makes it feel impossible to move forward.

I want you to know there is a path forward, and you don’t have to walk it alone.

I help adults untangle the patterns anxiety creates so you can reconnect with your values, your confidence, and your sense of agency. I use evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, and ACT, always tailored to your pace and needs.

Therapy can be a space to gently face your fears and build a life that feels more open, grounded, and meaningful.

  • When sleep doesn’t come easily, everything feels harder. You lie awake at night, thoughts racing, body tense, watching the hours pass while knowing tomorrow will be even tougher. Maybe you fall asleep only to wake up at 3 a.m., wide awake and wired. Or you dread bedtime altogether, because sleep feels more like a battle than a break.

Insomnia can take a toll on your mood, focus, energy, and overall well-being. It’s frustrating, isolating, and often misunderstood. You may have tried everything—sleep hygiene tips, meditation apps, even medication—and still feel stuck.

I want you to know that change is possible. And it doesn’t have to rely on guesswork.

I work with adults who are struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), we’ll identify the habits, beliefs, and patterns that are keeping you stuck and gently reshape them into something that works for you.

Together, we’ll help you rebuild trust with your body, reduce nighttime anxiety, and create a rhythm that supports real rest.

You deserve more than just sleep. You deserve to wake up feeling like yourself again.

  • Skin picking, hair pulling, nail biting, and other body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) are often misunderstood, even by those who struggle with them. These behaviors can be automatic or intentional, soothing or frustrating, and sometimes feel impossible to stop, even when they cause pain, shame, or embarrassment.

You may have tried to cover it up, hide the evidence, or explain it away. You might feel stuck in a cycle of picking or pulling, followed by guilt, isolation, or self-criticism. Maybe you've been told to "just stop," but it’s not that simple.

BFRBs are not bad habits or a lack of willpower. They are complex behaviors often tied to anxiety, sensory regulation, or emotion processing, and they deserve compassionate, specialized care.

I work with adults navigating BFRBs to build awareness, reduce shame, and learn new ways to respond to urges. We’ll explore the emotional and environmental patterns that trigger the behavior and develop practical tools to support change.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and always tailored to your pace. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go it alone.
