Stephanie Herman's trademark method - "CoreTIque" focuses on precision control and education of correct technique. Learn to analyze and understand imbalances due to lax muscles or decreased flexibility. Pilates Ballet by Stephanie Herman is a 4 Tier Program. All teachers need to pass Tier One and Tier Two before gaining certification:
Tier One - 2 days, 10 hours:Philosophy, Assessment, Anatomy, Technique, Application, Method, Brain to Body Awareness. Includes Manual, Music, Video, and Choreography Breakdown, brain to body stimulation, Assessment, plus deeper skeletal and anatomy education, and CEC's.
CERTIFYING: All teachers need to pass both a written test, application and then send in a video of teaching within 3 months. You need to take Level One before applying for Level 2. You also need to be teaching 3 months with the video approval.
Tier Two - 5 Hours -Mat to standing to traveling across the floor. Incudes new choroegraphy breakdown, manual, hard copy video, licensed music
Tier three - 8 hours -Dance Choregraphy: This program is teaches a 3 -5 minutes dance number with the awareness of technque, alignment, musicality, and expression
